Journeyfront is a fast-growing enterprise software startup on a mission to transform the way the world thinks about the importance of hiring right – and how to do it. As a hiring platform, Journeyfront helps companies predict candidate performance, job satisfaction, and retention using a variety of different data-driven, customizable hiring tools: assessments, skills tests, job previews/simulations, interview tools, etc.


We are looking for a highly motivated Recruiter to help us scale our growing B2B SaaS company. The right person for the job will be extremely hard working and looking for an opportunity to accelerate their career growth at a fast-growing startup. This person will also be able to assist other functions in the business where needed.

Responsibilities
  • Run a full-cycle recruiting desk for your assigned roles
  • Manage applications and identify proper priority levels of each resume submitted.
  • Develop and execute fully comprehensive sourcing plans, analyzing requirements to determine target profile needs and matches.
  • Build relationships, quickly establishing and building rapport and trust with the hiring managers and candidates to effectively and expeditiously close roles with top talent.
  • Maintain flexibility to deal with ambiguity and the evolving needs of the business environment.
  • Develop a strong candidate pipeline and develop relationships with candidates for future opportunities
  • Working with a variety of sourcing channels including mining, job boards, personal networking, social media & professional organizations
  • During down periods assist other business areas such as HR, CS, and Sales when needed
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in Recruiting 
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully identifying and qualifying a diverse pool of extraordinary candidates through LinkedIn, resume reviews and other creative methods  
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced start-up environment
  • Strong communication skills 
  • Experience recruiting a variety of positions including: Executive, Technical, and Entry-level positions
