Principle #2: People Create Value Differently
People create all value (#1) but you've likely noticed that 2+ people in the same job do not create the same amount of value (#2).That's because every person brings different strengths, weaknesses, motivations, life experiences, etc. to a job.
How their attributes fit that job will largely determine the value they create for your company. Here's one data point from a recent Journeyfront study of almost 300 sales leaders. Their top sales reps sold 4 TIMES MORE than their bottom reps each year! (averaged across industries, sales types, etc.)
Who you hire matters. Hire people whose attributes fit.
