Account Executive (Mid-Market)

We are looking for a highly motivated Mid-Market Account Executive to help us scale our growing company. This position will span the entire sales lifecycle from sourcing to closing deals at a fast growing B2B SaaS company. The right person for the job will be extremely hard working and looking for an opportunity to accelerate their career growth at a fast-growing startup.

Responsibilities
  • Follow-up with inbound leads 
  • Source outbound leads by identifying and contacting potential customers via email, LinkedIn, over the phone, at trade shows, and networking events
  • Collaborate with the CEO and other team members to close deals using insight and consultative selling techniques
  • Work with team members to continuously optimize the sales conversion funnel
  • Coach customer stakeholders and build consensus for the Journeyfront solution within the organization
  • Manage and overcome prospect objections
  • Work with Journeyfront Product and Customer Success teams to ensure product and service offerings are in line with customer needs / insights / etc.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in mid-market B2B software sales 
  • Demonstrated record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas (with deal sizes of $30K-$100K+ deals)
  • Exceptional sales ability 
  • Strong communication skills 
  • High level of ownership and accountability towards goals
  • Grit/determination - willingness to do whatever it takes to succeed
  • Experience selling in a startup environment is a plus
  • Experience selling to Human Resources is a plus
