The Journeyfront Story
2017: The Start- Data-Driven Assessments Built on Self-Learning Algorithms
- Launched our first product: predictive behavioral assessments with built-in machine learning to validate what works
- Signed our first customer (50-person company) at $10/month; other larger companies followed
- Self-funded the business, working closely with customers to validate the product and future R&D
2018-2019: Building the Foundation- Expanding Capabilities and Scaling Impact
- Redesigned the platform from the ground up to maximize hiring workflow and analytics flexibility
- Expanded capabilities across assessment types: scorecards, interview guides, job simulations, skills tests, and more.
- Grew 4x and raised funding
2020-2023: Acceleration - Automation for True Scale
- Validated Journeyfront’s ability to solve unique challenges of volume hiring organizations and especially BPOs
- Launched automation features to accompany assessments + analytics and reduce manual work in volume hiring
- Grew 8x and raised even more funding
2024-2025: Transformation - Becoming the Complete Volume Hiring Platform
- Launched our ATS after continued requests from customers, who shared that the limitations of their current ATS were holding them back from the full value of Journeyfront
- Narrowed our focus to BPO clients, an underserved group within the HR tech market that was seeing success with our product; this accelerated the roll out of BPO specific features and capabilities
- Launched partnership channel to deepen collaboration within the BPO ecosystem to deepen our expertise and extend our reach
- Launched AI powered tools to enhance platform’s capabilities and impact
