The Problem

Unfortunately, only 41% of the Hearing Consultants were meeting performance expectations (Calls to Booking) with no consultants receiving an "Exceptional" rating status. With over half of new hires not reaching an acceptable performance status, TruHearing was bleeding millions of potential revenue, with no end in sight.

 

The Results

Job performance increased by 21%, including 18% receiving “Exceptional” status (0% reached “Exceptional” status prior), in the first year of using Journeyfront. This swing also produced a 21% decrease in poor performance, resulting in explosive jumps of hearing exam appointments booked.
